Localization and desktop publishing (DTP)

Localization is the process by which an application is adapted to a locale. It involves more than just literal, word-for-word translation of these resources - it is the meaning that must be communicated to the user. Through our localization services we will strive to make your projects linguistically as well as culturally relevant to your target language.

Our DTP specialists have knowledge of multiple operating systems, utilities, translation tools, publishing applications, and localization models. The are able to perform the following tasks: evaluating and setting up the documentation project, generation books in multiple languages, fixing the layout of translated material, editing graphics, converting or generating output of translated material in multiple formats as well as performing quality checks on finalized translated material.

Consecutive interpreting

We provide consecutive interpreters for seminars, conferences, court and arbitration hearings, confidential business meetings, or any other meetings requiring the services of an interpreter.

Simultaneous interpreting

Our simultaneous interpreters are not only experts in their languages, but also in their fields of specialization.  They have specific, in-depth knowledge of the subject matter they interpret, in addition to a high level of expertise and extensive experience in simultaneous interpretation.

AV equipment and technical support

For small meetings and breakout sessions, we have lightweight table top booths and full-size, soundproof, walk-in booths that exceed industry standard specifications. The quality of a simultaneous interpretation depends largely on the quality of the working conditions and equipment provided to the interpreters.  We will be glad to provide whichever type of simultaneous interpretation equipment that works best for your circumstances, with or without a technician.

In addition, our team works with you during your meeting's planning stages to translate all written and audiovisual materials, such as manuals, videos, slides, PowerPoint presentations, etc.
